Have new jardines on order. Has anyone installed just the right side to make a 3:1?
If so, problems, suggestions, & tips would be greatly appreciated!

I haven't heard of anybody doing this with a Jardine header. However it would probably be a good place to start, but as far as trying to run the 3 into 1 would probably not be advisable because the Jardine system is a tuned system. By ellimanating one of the outlets you would change the back pressure on the engine and would need to develop your own muffler and be able to custom tune it on a Dyno.
I have a set of Jardines and love them. There was a fellow that was making a custom tuned 3 into 1 that were pretty pricey but I don't beleive he is making any more. There is probably something out there that I'm not aware of. I'm sure others will chime in. Good luck and welcome to the board.

I've read that thread. thanks.

I was looking for another thread (I can't remember where I saw it) that did what I'm talking about. I believe he left the section that splits off out, connected the muffler to the header, and made a bracket that connected to the stock mounting location and the muffler bracket.

A friend of mine would sometimes put a Micron muffler on his Jardines (right side only) and it ran fine. Sounded good also. That muffler is for sale in the classifieds.
