Jardine Exhaust system

Well, got them back from the ceramic coaters.
Straight out to the shed I went and put them on....I doubled up on the gaskets and put two washers on each thread to make sure I didn't use all the thread on the domed nuts. I torqued them up to the specs according to the manual and tapped the end of the outlet pipe for the nice ring to ensure the headers were not touching the block anywere.
The pipes went on easy enough. I went around everything again to check and squeezed the clutch, hit the key and started her up.
Immediately I noticed the "Thump" coming from the cans and nodded to myself....grinning!.
After the fan came on, I left her idling for 12 mins while I put the tools away and put my gear on.
Took her down the road quietly and hit the motorway and wound her out briefly....NICE!..I got her up to about 140kph on a secluded road checking for any decal pop...nuthin!...
Yep, they are gonna stay...very nice tone...look good...everything ide hoped for.
I have retorqued the header nuts a couple of times when she was hot and have to clean the excess gasket cement away to finish it off....otherwise its all good.

I HAVE THE COMPLETE JARDINE SYSTEM ON IT WAS ON MY 2006 THEN ON MY 2013 AND NOW ON MY 2012 ROADSTER .NOT THE MOST EFFICIENT SYSTEM COMPARED TO THE C.E.S OR OTHER BUT CLOSE AND THE SOUND IS JUST **** FOR YOUR EARS. IF YOU COME ACROSS ONE IN GOOD SHAPE WITH THE 4 HEAT COVERS AT SAY AROUND $ 800 IT WOULD BE A GOOD DEAL

oops I guess am a bit late on the uptake...
