Is a Roadster tank a direct bolt on for the R3T?

Is it a direct fit or is some fiddlin required? I like the look of the Roadster tank over the touring tank. I also believe the Roadster tank holds more fuel.
 
I'm going to go out on a limb here but I think the simple answer is No.

But with enough time, torches, grinders, etc. anything is possible. ;)

edit: You are right about the quantity, the specs say the T tank holds 22.3L and the Roadster 25L

I've seen it done. I'm just curious to the amount of fabrication that is required.
Hmm proably the hinge mount I don't think the touring has one. I bet the front section of the frame is the same all the way back to the square tubes under the seat then the frame changes width.

I believe the front mount is different. On the touring the bolt holes are side by side with a spread between them. I *think* on the other models it is a fore and aft arrangement of bolt holes on a tab. maybe a non-Touring owner can confirm.
