Thanks for the welcome! I'm in Alaska and the temperature still dips below freezing at night, although that hasn't stopped me riding to work these last couple of days. Absolutely love the bike but have found that the rider's arms and legs are too short, (even though I had the dealer swap out the bars to 3 R ones). Not much I can do about that though.

I'm still getting used to it of course and there are a couple of things I think I might tweak. I adjusted the gear shifter position yesterday, so no more embarrassing missed gears! I do like the clutchless up-shifting, but will stick with manual down-shifting.
I've had many bikes over the years. Only one other Triumph, a TT600. I do have a Harley Sportster which I always thought was pedantic, now even more so. But it seems unkind to arrive 30 minutes ahead of my wife whenever we go out riding together, so I'll be keeping that bike too.
