Welcome Nick I can see by the model/year bike that you bought that you are a smart and wise man, the 05 was and still is the best year ever for the Triumph Rocket, now having a flyscreen on your bike is but even thinking of putting a full size screen on your bike is
 
Welcome from Illinois. I suggest a windshield to keep the Iowa bugs away. I have both the fly and a oversize screen.
 
Gday mate from another Aussie. I'm not a fan of my windscreen and of late have loved riding without it. Would like to buy a flyscreen just to take the load off my massive chest and a Corbin single seat too for extra comfort.
