I think my engine was made in '23, though my model is '25

Today found this written date on the engine when I was fixing something below, generally unseen from the side. On the pic it looks like it is easy to see, but that surface that it is written on is parallel with the ground and I did not see it until now.

If that's DD.M.YY, then it's May 23, 2024, which would make sense for a 2025 MY.

Mine says Apr 23, 2023 and is a 2024 MY.
