I am a great believer in removing warning signs - especially like those ones. If one needs to be told not to use the hair dryer in the shower then one should probably not be passing on their genes.

I was out the other day and saw this sign - and thought about it.



I calculate that to be an average of just shy of 24" of rain per hour, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year!!!

I have been to APG several times working as an electrical contractor and as a truck driver delivering/picking up on the base. It is a large base but mostly open space. Not that many folks working there. How the heck can they use 3 million gallons of water a day ?
