I bought one!!! now questions

Welcome to the club/site. My suggestion is move the 'vette, it's only a chevy anyway but on that note if you are going to buy a GM product, corvettes or caddies are the way to go.

I would also add trucks to that list. Vettes, caddies, and trucks.

I have to say - I do feel kinda dirty buying the triumph. This is my first non-american vehicle. Always been a GM man, last (and first) bike was a Victory.

Hey Flip - looked at your site. It seems you do a lot of nice fab work for Rocket specific items - can't you develop a part that moves footpegs forward? I know I can't be the only one looking for an controls relocation. Seem to be a hole in the market someone could fill. I have only found the Raask configurable brackets, but they are way overpriced and I would think a supplier would be able to develop a part at a more reasonable price!

jvsimons, sorry can't go along with the Chevy trucks pick, used to sell Fords, I admit I am prejudiced in this area, but the Chevy trucks didn't even come close. I thought the Dodge trucks were some serious competitors, but after seeing a new one rear end my son's Focus and the entire front end of the Dodge was virtually destroyed with my son's car only sustaining a slightly bent bumper and trunk lid, I rapidly came to my senses on that one as well. I haven't worked at Ford for almost five years now and nothing I've seen since has changed my mind.

Don't get me wrong the Chevy truck looks nice, but just isn't going to do it for me.

I know let the Flames begin....what have I done? But at least I'm safe over here.
