I just joined this forum after having read up on the new 2.5 Rockets for several weeks. Last week, I finally got to test ride an R which met all my expectations. Didn’t lose any time and pulled the trigger the very next day. Hoping to take delivery of the bike mid week as soon as the Quick shifter and heated grips are fitted. I have already lined up a ride with a mate from Brisbane likely to come back to the dealership for the 1000km service before the end of the week.
Will happily consider any advice available to make that first ride as enjoyable as it can be
