Apparently, there is no straight step to remove gear shift pedal, i want to remove it, how do I do that, I tried looking up but all I found is below:
instruction from quickshifter install manual and then some info from manual,

There is nothing in service manual for gear shift pedal

closest is the "exploded view = Gear change pedal" but that does not tell how to remove it

You have to remove that bolt completely, not just loosen it, and then it will slide right off the shaft.

First, you may want to make a mark with a sharpie so that when you reinstall it will go back in the same position, or as a reference if you're going for more clearance for your boot.

how will removing that bolt (you marked ) plus the 23nm big bolt will uninstall lever, i mean, how the lever rod is connected to rest of assembly?

You just described it, actually. The big bolt marked with a torque value of 23Nm is the pivot bolt. The one that I marked in red is what attaches all that to the shaft. Those are the only two points of contact between the "gear change pedal" and the bike. Remove the two bolts completely and it will all come off together. The other bolts and nuts are just for adjusting the height of the shifter. If you need even more clearance you can rotate where the clamp attaches to the shaft. As I mentioned, you may want to lay down under the bike and mark the shaft and that clamp with an alignment mark for reference. What I'm calling the "clamp" is what the 8 Nm bolt at the bottom of the diagram goes into. Hope this makes sense.

Curious what you're up to, unless adjusting the height of the pedal. If so, try adjusting the double threaded bolt in the middle of the diagram, either shorter or longer. Note- one side has reverse threads.
