High frequency vibrations

2012 Triumph Rocket III Roadster
Hello all,
Just had front and rear ME888's installed on 2011 Roadster and have about 75 miles on them now. Since installed, have noticed high frequency vibration in the bars that wasn't there before. Not a shaking the handlebar vibration, but definitely high frequency. Happens between 20-40 mph accel. or decel. Same vibes if I'm in neutral and, coasting and it gets to 40 mph.
Also had EBC HH pads installed f&r with tires. Thank in advance.
 
Sounds more like brakes to me
Try litely squeezing the front or rear brake to see if makes a difference.
Break in the brakes.
