You should put some of Flip's brake line clamps on your fender and get rid of the cheesey plastic ones.

Mate...the list of accessories will never come to an end and I do agree that the brake line clips and handle bar plastic holders have to be changed.

I also went out yesterday and bought some new mercury filled slim line indicators to replace the originals and I'll relocate the licence plate so a better view can be had of that beautiful 240 rear tyre.

Givi top box and Fly screen are still on back order. Can't wait to get every thing and fit it all on. I fitted the Givi side cases and they look good.

More pics when everything thing comes together

save your parts list, please

I'm very interested in adding Givi bags to my Classic, so I'd like to know exactly how you did it. The Givi website doesn't list anything specifically for the Rocket, as I'm sure you know.

For the side hard cases I bought the Givi E21 items.
To mount them I bought 'Easy Brackets' - they have a mounting kit to suit the R3 - works great and very neat when the cases are removed.

For the Top Box I ordered the Givi E52 - the box comes with a universal base plate and fittings that I'll mount to the R3 luggage rack (you have to remove the sissy bar to do this). I also purchased a backrest for the E52 so it's still comfortable for the missus.

Actually, if you have a close look at the pic of my bike, you'll just make out the Easy Bracket mounting bolts - they replace the standard rear fender mounting bolts. They are chrome knobs with slots.
The brackets attach permanently to the side cases. Once the brackets and mounting bolts are fitted it and literally take 2 seconds to fit the cases to the bike and they have key locks for security.

I'll post some pics when I get everything setup

mounting question

Does mounting the Easy Bracket on the case require drilling holes in the case? I assume it does, and you need to figure out exactly where to position the bracket on the case. Is that right?

Correct...but very easy.
I had the missus sit on the bike, then I marked on the cases where the Easy Bracket rear fender mounting bolts were, this ensured the cases wouldn't be to far forward and impede the bosses leg room.
