Im from south Lincolnshire worst m/cycle roads in the Uk, flat straight and full of bloody agricultural farm vehicles !!!!

I spent 4 days in North Yorkshire on the bike 2 years ago and rode from Scarborough down to Wisbeach on the way home to visit friends and I know what you mean about the farm vehicles, never seen anything so big with huge trailers on the back, and yes very flat. I live in Chipping Sodbury so we have the Cotwolds and Mendips on our doorstep and we also spend a lot of time in the Brecon Beacons which is only 40 minutes away.

Another UK welcome Steve. Well done. At least you're not far from the A1 and can be almost anywhere relatively quickly.
