Triumph rocket 3 roadster 2010
G'day I just bought a rocket 3 2010 roadster ABS, now this may sound ridiculous, but when I source parts, either eBay or other, they no where near fit, it's my first triumph, have alot of injuries from the military, and it felt comfortable, went to buy a front disc rotor for it and the one that was suppose to fit had 6 holes on the inner rotor where mine has 5 yet they say it fits, am I missing something here, once bitten shame on them, three times bitten I'm an idiot
Can someone please assure me this a roadster, as I was told the seat was even wrong, not too PC savvy, use to jumping outa planes, thought would be easier to speak to some pros

Try looking up the factory part numbers. Engle Motors is one dealer that will have diagrams you can look up.

Not sure if 2010's had ABS. My 2010 Touring does not. Others on here will correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes they have ABS.
Zoom in on the rear wheel rt side and see the ring!
 
Cheers, I didn't think they had them either, as I said there is some oddities, I think the seat is a tourer? Even the gril I was sent which was su0ose to match, even on the spares, is way t9 small, just a left hand chrome grill.
 
All Roadsters have ABS. Roadster came out in 2010 and were the first Rockets to have ABS as standard. It was optional on Touring models initially before being standard on them too. The problem is that too many people refer to the earlier models as Roadsters when they’re clearly not. The safest way to order parts (or get part numbers) is by using the last six digits of your VIN, which is stamped on the frame and should be on your registration papers. Relying on sellers to know what they’re talking about is always risky.
 
for what it is worth my 07 classic has 5 holes
and i would lay a few bucks that all the roadsters have 5 holes

Yes they all do, even the Touring. Rear disk has 6 I think (but I can’t check to confirm). So it’s possible the disc is off the correct bike, just the seller doesn’t know his arse from his elbow.
