Your main power problem is apparent (I believe) from this picture .......
It looks like terminal 1 - which is the main power input - is burned
That would certainly account for your system not coming alive.
Both male & female connectors should be replaced
If you don't have capability to do this then splice between the two wires corresponding to that terminal position.

Also - get a socket for your relay and you won't have to worry about terminals coming off.
