Help me find bar end mirrors

Things was so much easier to modify on a sport bike. Adding anything to a Roadster is

It sure looks like these...

Led to believe the Triumph bar-ends are pretty good .. as far as lack of vibration and distortion goes .. they are the ones most of the Speed Triple guys seem to go for.

Just stumbled across this thread, Mully that's my bike and the handlebars are aftermarket, I also fabricated custom bar ends to accept the mirrors. Mirrors are flee-bay specials but work great, definitely smaller than stock but I got used to them fairly quick. You can hit me up with a pm if you want the details.

Funny thing about that pic is that the owner has gone to the trouble of fitting smaller, bar end mirrors and shorter indicator stems AND then gone and added those fugly hard bags and stupid screen, completely spoiling the look of the bike.

I must agree with you on the looks of the bags and screen, and that's the reason they come off the bike in less than a minute and stay hanging on my garage wall 90 % of the time. They sure do come in handy though when traveling for longer period of time in 40 deg. unless of course you're a hardcore bad-arse and like getting punished

Yep you're right.
I've kind of back off the idea now.... since I remembered I had the throttle lock. **** it! lol

Thanks for posting. I'm discouraged now that I found out the mirrors won't work with my throttle lock. I don't use the lock that much but when I head out to the up coming RAA I will more than likely be doing a lot of interstate riding. That's when it will come in handy. Might just go with one small round mirror on the clutch side. I don't know.

Man pay those guys no attention! Hell I like the way your bike looks with or without the bags. If something functions great for a specific need then use it. I've got a windscreen that I use ever so often but I take it off later. Doesn't mean it HAS to stay on there all the time.

Thanks for that, you hit the nail on the head. I was gonna let this bother me but I figured the best is not to stir it up, everyone is entitled to an opinion which I respect no matter good or bad. I've dished out plenty of those myself over the years so I tend to just let it slide

Jeez chill out guys. I was really just pointing to the contradiction of the minimalist approach in some areas to achieve a more streamlined look and the opposite in others. If that's upsetting, what can I say. If you can't see the irony then I'm sorry. Personally I thought it was funny.
