Help - main beam and dipped lights do not work

Last weekend I traveled from Newcastle to Cornwall - just under 1000 miles. On the return journey it rained most of the way and the blue main beam light on the speedo came on. When I stopped for fuel I checked the lights and neither the main or dip beam will work.

I have checked the fuses and connections but cannot find a problem, has anyone got any idea what could be wrong.
 
Yeh your roc is a "northern roc" and dont take kindly to Southerners............ :lol: :lol: :lol:

Sorry but I have no idea really, just thought I was been clever.......
 
I had one bulb fail a few weeks back , and for some reason the blue light lit up on the dash , replace it and it went away

Though I bought some cheap bulbs on ebay , and its blown again
 
All sorted, dryed out the dip switch pulled on all the cables, one light came on then blew, changed both bulbs and so far they are ok.
