Yeah, but I have been back just about every year since I have been here, never more than two years between trips. The prices of toys are a lot lower over here, the prices of houses are a LOT lower over here, and the OZ accent is a LOT more valuable over here.

This is true. His realty is immediately improved by being "an exotic foreigner" It's like he lowers the IQ of most women around him by 10-20 points just by speaking. I used to pretend to be a Brit at bars for the same purpose, and the humor of it.
