Hello from Wisconsin!

Another New Jersey welcome, Nathan.

If lowering the bike might help you, so should a good pair of platform shoes with grippy soles. they's be a far sight cheaper, too!

I hadn't thought of that, my regular steel toes I ride with have enough vertical room for probably a good 1/2" of lift. My dad makes braces and artificial limbs and stuff. I'll have him whip up an insole!

Welcome Nathan from Washington State!
I have the same bike and with a little practice you can get it around okay. I'm 5-11 with a 29 inch inseam.

Welcome frm Canada.

On the lowering I would do seat before shocks. The Corbin single tour lowered me about an inch I think. One of the things I love about the rocket is how great it corners. That will change if you lower the shocks, maybe not for the worse who knows.

Hello from Ohio! I also own a rocket and a sportster! I have only owned my rocket for about a month but I am loving it!
