Ride
2006 Triumph Rocket 3
Hi guys, it's me - one of the only two guys that own a Triumph Rocket III in Vancouver, BC (judging by reactions I get from both riders and mechanics when talking about the bike I just recently upgraded to). I got my awesome new ride just a few months ago from a very nice gentleman, who used to take care of it like it was his child and I couldn't be happier with it. Wife and I already took a couple long-ish trips on it (Vancouver Island, Whistler, Sunshine Coast) and are looking forward to doing even more of these, before we get tied down with kids and family stuff...

A little about myself - from what I hear, I'm one of the younger Rocket owners out there, barely pushing 30, was born in Eastern Europe but grew up in Canada. The Rocket is my second bike, after riding a smaller Vstar for half a decade, I decided to graduate into bruiser cruisers. My daily grind involves mostly sitting on my tail end, within four walls, so in my free time I prefer to get out, weather-permitting, or do something with my hands (no, not that... or at least not just that). Riding motorcycles lets me do both.

I'm not much on big crowds, with the only exception being group rides, so if you ride the Lower Mainland area and have room for one more in your group, I will gladly join. Sea-to-Sky, or Cypress Bowl were made for Rocket IIIs, especially in large groups.

G'day and welcome. Now get out and ride before that cold weather hits.

G'day and welcome aboard. One of the things I like about the Rocket is that they're not everywhere (except Florida ......).

You sound like you're in North Van. North Van kid here.

Hello my06rocket and welcome from Virginia. When you say he treated the bike like his kid, was that the way Adrian Peterson does it?
