Hello,

I am a British Ex-pat living here in Santa Teresa, New Mexico (very close to El Paso, Texas and Las Cruces,New Mexico, USA. I am originally from Portsmouth, UK but I moved to the States a long time ago (still have family in the UK and went there last year).
I just bought a brand new 2013 Triumph Rocket III Touring in the Phantom Black/New England White colour. I have had the bike for just over a week now and already put almost 500 miles on it. I have always liked Triumphs but never owned one. I have been riding Motorcycles for about 32 years now, all different types. This R3T is absolutely awesome: beautiful bike, very smooth, incredible power. I have received many complements on the bike and its a nice change to see out in this part of the USA as it seems most others ride Harleys.' I am not knocking Harley (I have owned 2 & 2 Buells) But this Triumph just blows them away! My bike came with the extra headlights, highway pegs, quick detach windshield and sissy bar/passenger backrest. Anyway I just wanted to say hello and would love to meet up and ride with other Rocket owners.
Cheers!

Welcome to the forum. Lived in Albuquerque from 1963 to 1971. I get a hankerin' every so often for some enchiladas New Mexican (on blue corn) with red (eggs over easy) and sopapillas with honey. (Dang I'm getting one right now:eek:)

Enjoy the forum.

Welcome again,
there's lots of info on the site.
And if ya can't find what you're looking for,
just ask anytime, we're a pretty greasy I mean easy lot around here.
Some of us even wash and polish our bikes,
not me, but some do.

Welcome KTSN form Perth Downunder (orig GY Lincs)

As they say "Once a King always a King but Once a Knight is enough"

Enjoy and Take Care

Welcome from near San Antonio.. The Rocket's an easy bike to rack up the miles on. I ride mine back and forth to work most every day and, with a few long distance trips thrown in. Mine is coming up on 69K miles now.. and it still does a good job of getting me to work on time when I leave the house late... lol

I looked at your bike while it was in the crate at Viva Powersports. I have am waiting for the roadster to come in. I will be trading in my 2010 VMAX as soon as it arrives. Your bike is amazing looking.
