2009 rocket touring
Hello, new to me 09 Rocket Touring and loving it. Been riding 50 or so years, began with a Briggs and Stratton 3.5 hp mini bike had pretty much every motorbike out there. Still have a few other bikes in the Garage. I want to say hi but I also need advice, I'm tall, 6'5" , 36" inseam and 36" sleeve length. All sorts of aftermarket stuff for the Harley to help it fit me, can't seem to find anything for the Rocket? Do any of you have any ideas where I should be looking? Basically I'm looking for 2" back on the seat (with backrest suitably located), 2" up on the handlebars and 1" out with 2" forward on the foot boards with shift lever and brake pedal to match. I can weld up the footboards/have the seat modified locally and butcher on a pair of Harley mini Apes but if I can buy specific items that bolt on it'd probably look and function better. Anyways, Hello again and any help will be appreciated.

There's never been much in the way of aftermarket parts for the Rocket, especially the Touring, and now that it's discontinued, I doubt there's anyone making anything at all. Watch the classifieds here, stuff like handlebar risers comes up occasionally. Welcome to the forum.

36" inseam, 36" sleeves, if your waist is 36", when you stick out your tongue you must look like a zipper!?
On the serious side, for what you want, you'll have to do some metal fabrication to move boards forward. That will allow you to find a back rest and then "perhaps" some bars with proper pullback, height, and rise. Best of luck to ya!
