It's a good question and was my first one as well. Turns out he has a garage full of toys and not enough time to use them all. He was in the process of selling a few of his bikes, including the Rocket.

Reminds me of the stories where a wife tells her husband, "Go ahead and do whatever you want..." then he learns it was a dare and not permission...

Welcome from Winsted! Seems to be quite a few Rocket guys in CT!
I was thinking the previous owner probably sold because of Covid. The bike market has been very cold because of all the uncertainty. There’s some steals out there right now.
