I have been lurking for a few years, my last Rocket is still in pieces in my garage...

Been riding Goldwings for the last 4 years and I am about to switch to a Trophy or Roadster, still making up my mind on what I want...

Anything I should be on the look out for on a 2014 Rocket3 Roadster?

The Trophy is going through some growing pains and has some recalls that is being addressed but I am wondering if all the bugs on the Roadster have been addressed?

Ive got 5K on mine, no problems to speak of,
But I didnt have any issues with my 08 R3T until 25K or so (Detent Spring).
so its a bit to early to say.

Will the new foot position on The Roadster work for you? I find it suits me perfectly, but others here not so much.

WOW, Trophy or Roadster.................................... .........BOTH, The Trophy for really crappy weather iron butt days, and the R3R for all the other days. problem solved, next

I will be installing highway pegs and a backrest so that I am comfortable on the bike.

I wish I could have both... some day I will.

I've been looking at a Goldwing myself for long trips, my R3T has been turned into a hot rodder.

20 damm wonderful thousand miles on my 2012 R3R!
Better look into that forward peg matter - more to it than you may realize.
Wish I could find a simple "bolt on" way to move pegs forward about 4-5 inches.

Back at the dealer today... Just can't seem to make up my mind. Trophy to carve some roads and miles... Roadster to just tear **** up... Really want to do some serious miles this year. I can see myself doing 40k this year.
