Trying to find if anyone on here has fitted them

The LED do look amazing but £600 WOW. Ive only had the bike 5 weeks so I hope Triumph will fix it. I dont usually ride at night so I am planning on adding some daytime running lights but its nice to know there are lots of options out there.

It doesn't have to cost a fortune for a good upgrade to LED Chinese sourced. I bought two for $116 Australian (US$84.70) each shipped free to Australia. Now just US $78.32 each.

Daymaker Type Headlights (Chinese Copies)

They do not appear to be same appearance as JW Speakers or Day Makers but are LED with orange (amber) or white solid, flashing or strobing halos that can be used as running lights, parking lights or blinkers.

If you buy from this AliBaba source - Do not forget to buy each separately for free shipping if you order 2 in one purchase you will forced to pay AUD$50+ International Global shipping!

If you don't ride at night they are really not worth it. But lights are really my passion.

In the UK - these are MAYBE an option for you 5 & 3/4 - 299 a pair. Fitting might require some jiggling about.

High.Low - DRL and Indicator function.

Isn't that £229
a pair? They appear identical to mine from China for £120 a pair which is hardly surprising for a UK distributor vs Free postage from Hong Kong.

True - but from the UK there will be a legally obliged more extensive warranty. And if they don't honour it - you know where they live. Plus if the UK is anything like Spain - you'd get hit with 20% VAT and Import duties too.

I don't know exactly what the UK is (I've lived outside the UK for over 26 years now) - but if I buy (for example) from a Spanish based trader - even if he is Chinese (increasingly likely) I get 2 years warranty - by law.
I find now that it's often cheaper to pay more buying locally.

I contacted triumph today as they had not got back to me and they said that it has been accepted as a warranty issue and they are going to replace the headlamp.
So I'm happy about that, I would like to thank you all for your input because it is been very helpful and I've learned a few things on the way.
Many thanks
Mark.
