2011 Roadster
So my Roadster has needed a new head for awhile (I can tell you the story if you want, but basically she has a small crack in the right rear that weeps oil). So after months of looking and putting off shelling out 2500 bucks for parts, I lucked out and found a complete engine on eBay that I snagged for 300 bucks. Gonna go pick it up this weekend and ship it home. I've done a rebuild on this engine before, but I don't plan on taking the engine out just to swap the head. Here's a list of what I KNOW I'll need, and I'd like your input on anything else:

-Head bolts
-Head Gasket
-Valve cover gasket
-Valve cover bolts/washers (I know I don't HAVE to replace these, but I want to)
-?
-?

Do I need to pull the front engine cover off? Or will I have enough room to lift my head over the cam chain guides?

You guys' wisdom and input is ALWAYS appreciated!

Just my first thought, Amigo!
Good fortune on all your impending work!

Did you manage to get a black head? $300 is cheap.
I have 2 spare heads - cos I cant help myself when it comes to buying R3 bits.....

Like 1olbull said carpenter, he will sell you just head bolts that are reusable not one time stretch bolts like the triumph head bolts are.
