Head Light Wattage

I am looking to change my head lights over to a xenon-krypton bulb. What is the highest wattage I can run. with out running the risk of damage to the lens or wiring ?

Just purchase them from newr3.com They already have em for the R3. They helped alot....did I say alot?? I ment alot :wink:

I changed mine on my '05 bike and intend doing them on the new beast next week. They are a wonderful upgrade that you really will notice.
