When you use a 360 degree camera and point it directly perpendicular to the stick it effectively removes the "selfie stick" from the video... unfortunately it doesn't negate the shadow.

If you follow the selfie stick shadow it looks like it's coming out of the center of the backpack where it looks like there is some type of mount. Like Rockatansky stated.

Oddly I saw one of hose on Amazon and wondered vaguely whether I'd find a use for it - Answer is still no.

I'm in much the same boat.

I've been looking at 360 cams for the last year or two and just can't see myself using it enough to justify the cost. The Insta360 models do look nice enough though

That is one great video.
I get that "chirping" of the rear tyre when braking some times too.
I don't know about that knee down stuff tho'
