Hard bag damage

just started A little vacation. Another Rocket owner and my friend,nwith our wife's are in Tennessee riding the country side. Some of the curviest roadies I've seen. Slight issue that I'm looking for help with. I, we damaged the right side saddle bag. The top is broke and isn't repairable. My bike is black with red accents. Does anyone in our forum know of a right side lid I can buy? Thanks

You'll more then likely have to contact a dealer about this one. You may not have noticed the odd shape of the Rocket Touring bags but there's nothing else out there that's going to work on them other than a stock, factory lid. Good luck. I hope you have your pennies saved up. It's not going to be cheap. Even used bags on eBay are usually around 4 to $500 for a single one or around $800 for a pair. That's used and probably won't be the color that you're looking for.

In theory, you should be able to buy the part separately. A full pannier assembly is an eye-watering 1200 euros, so if you have to buy the whole thing it gets pricey. Just the lid is 400 euros. This is in the UK / Europe, though, so might be a little bit cheaper in the US.

A while ago I was pointed at Purchase Triumph ROCKET III, CLASSIC & ROADSTER motorcycle parts online site because they use TRIUMPH numbers

BUT prepare for dissapointment - says NO LONGER AVAILABLE.

I looked at the German DHL side for the shipping cost
It will be about 56€ to USA and 8€ from the seller to my adress. I think its more simple buying the bag, sending it to my adress and I'll ship it to you. I can buy it at ebay.
For me that will be ok. So let me know if you want to do it this way. Otherwise you can contact the guy yourself and find a solution.
