Hello bdpq and welcome from Virginia. I received a 2006 VMAX for my birthday several years ago; I know firsthand the joy at getting a bike for a present. Congrts on the present and the birthday.
 
Mine was also a present for my 45th however I had to buy it myself. ENJOY

yeah, it's surreal. well, you see that on TV from time to time, a beetle wrapped in big ribbons, brand new key on the cupboard, the mystery "beep-beep" door lock coming from the garage... but cars? I never thought a car is that much of a gift. A triumph rocket? the woman is allowing me to ride again? that's something else.
