hand deflectors?
These guys have taken the original hippo hands concept and created an updated version. I e-mailed the guy and he recommended the large size. They are butt ugly but very effective. I ride in heavy rain here in Seattle and got tired of drying the gloves and the total lack of feel on the controls from the winter gloves.

laminar lip website also has some extenders(ears) for the factory windscreen...not sure how they work, but they look stupid so usually that means they are really effective
