Grips - Done

After much sanding and work I said to hell with it and ordered the Rizomas I’ve been Eyeing for a while now.

In the interim I cheated and put the throttle side on with no metal ring lol. It’ll do for a few days while I wait.

Hmm - TRIVIAL is a strong word. From experience.
 
I've swapped in the Rizoma Sport grips, advertised as fitting a Bonneville. Couldn't be any easier and they look a lot nicer, pics shortly.
 
Ok here are the pics, so for anyone that wants a slightly quicker throttle and some Rizoma sexiness, the Bonnie grips fit exactly right on the Rocket:

I really wanted to make that one Steve. My work schedule has changed. I used to work a weekend a month and could save up "comp" days. I no longer work weekends (I'm not complaining) but it did shorten me back to two weeks of vacation for the year. A trip of that magnitude will have to wait until 2020 when I get three weeks of vacation. I went from 5 back to 2 weeks of vacation when I changed jobs. It sucks, but that's the only thing. The place I'm at now, treats me like gold. Best place I've ever worked. Everybody buy "Fairlife" milk so I can retire from here
 

Understood - starting over, no seniority, in a new job do suck.
