Is the gear selector bolt coming loose on the end of the selector shaft a common fault in the rocket, my bike has done 2,000 miles and it appears that the linkage does not connect to anything in the box, if you have had or have the same problem please let me know as i want to make a warranty claim, my bike was lightly damaged cat d, and i dont know if triumph will accept a warranty claim, but if it can be proved that this is common fault then i will seek legal help. THANKS

I would not be describe this as a common fault, but it has occurred before.I suggest you approach your dealer.Hope you get it sorted.

Not had that problem, the nearest was the gear selector rods from the gear shift coming loose and falling apart after 2000 miles, but it was just a case of bolting them back on with some loctite.
