G’day folks. Just put down a deposit on new black Rocket 3 GT at Peter Stevens in Adelaide. Wife and I can’t wait to start cruising on it. Getting a few mods; quick shifter, black mid mount pegs, and scrolling indicators. I’m going to fit an all black werks exhaust and design and make a custom tail tidy, and repaint the front fender, tank and tail in candy apple red. My neighbour and I took an R and GT out for test ride. The R had the werks exhaust and sounded awesome and the mid mount pegs were so comfortable. I have a Triumph Sprint ST and the R’s peg position is less aggressive than the ST, which is great now im older. Loved the GT for two up with the backrest and the touring handle bars, and lower seating position. Picking it up in a month. Super excited TBH.

I’m having MCS Motorcycles do the painting; look her up on Facebook. She did my work colleges posty bike and it’s an awesome job. Learnt from her dad I believe. No, I’ve ordered werks pro exhaust which should arrive in 4 weeks from the US. Ordered through Werks Australia. I’ve ordered the triangle triumph decal on the red 221 rockets tank and have that put under the clear coat; found out today it had to be made and should arrive from the UK in 2 weeks. My son dropped into Peter Stevens today for a look and noticed a new black rocket on the floor with a sold sign on it. He had a chat to the Salesman and turns out it’s mine Still waiting for the black mid pegs to arrive and be fitted. Thankfully I was in the city and dropped around for a look; excitement level has gone through the roof !

I a not a jealous person, but if I were I wld be in a high state of jealously about Now, of an equal level to match your excitement level. Half your luck !

Sounds like a plan. I'm around the corner in Gawler East. Don't mind a coffee and muffin from Tanuda's beans and cream.
Peter Stevens advised they have organised to airfreight my mid mount pegs in, and should in country late this week. So he's estimating early next week for hand over my bike following fitment of the pegs and blip shifter. Then I'll be keen to get out, and next weeks weathers looking near perfect !
