I checked email source and I have been receiving Quinn design emails for years with offers but instead of selling their own helmets they have sold their technology to other mainstream brands and giving away 1 helmet to each person.

Im passing word to friends who ride, 39 bucks ill buy them a case of beer if we get dogged. Seams that email only went to people on theyre email list, start up company that i think have sold technology and now company is quin designs or something, i followed link ish posted.

Like they said the postage is so small not much of a risk and you can montor your ViSA to ensure no extra charges.
