The artwork was from Great Britain but the poster itself was hanging in Pancakes Restaurant in ES. Just to show you this contest isn't fixed I'll give Goodfellow and Flip 10 points too....

Flip must have been talking cause when we left someone saw that poster and we all cracked up about the message contained within. It does have a certain amount of shock value.
