Hey guys!
I recently purchased a 2024 Rocket 3 GT.
I bought it in a city (São Paulo) and drove it to my city (Porto Alegre), about 1,200km. Long distances are common in Brazil. But if you do it in 1 day, highways are reasonable.
I'm 1.93 tall. I also have 2 big trails that are comfortable for me (BMW GSA and Scrambler 1200). I bought the Rocket to replace the BMW k1600GTL I had. A bus to drive.
The biggest problem I had was with the pedals, especially the right one. Your feet don't sit on top perfectly and on the highway you have to force yourself all the time to keep them on the pedals, whether due to the wind or for another reason.
In short, I had a limp on my right ankle 1 week after this trip. I know there's a crankset extender in the toolbox. I also thought about raising the seat foam by 8 to 10cm.
Does anyone have this experience. Will this solve it?
