Not far at all. Im in Ft Riley during the week and KC on weekends. Run right through it twice a week. Maybe 30 miles from KC? And Im on the west side of town which is closest.
 
Next time I'm there I'll give you a call......you can show me where the good BBQ joints are

Last time I was there I went to Gates BBQ in Kansas City Missouri, Cant say I enjoyed it too much....
