Fly screen or windshield
I just received my forward controls. Install this weekend.
Looking for thoughts on flyscreen vs windshield. Im 6’4” and don’t know which will work better. Any help would be appreciated
 
I’ve never had a fly screen, they look like they’re more for cosmetics than to keep the bugs off your face. When I’m going to do highway miles I mount the windshield and love it. I’m 6 foot and do not experience buffeting with the triumph windshield.
With your height I would think you’d have to go after market to get a windshield that will illuminate or minimize buffering.

I just saw the walk around on the Corbin fairing. Looks awesome but that might be down the road a bit. $$

One other thing you might look at I have a Windvest shield on my 05 Rocket it's bigger than a fly screen but smaller than most windshields the trick is the recurve at the top of the shield. They are pricey but effective and look awesome.
