I'm not sure what the sign say's...probably "Please do not sit on bike" though I believe I requested a "No farting" sign in honor of Daryl.

Thanks all for the compliments, but this is the first step, I still am going to be angling for the R3T as well but buying a Ford Ranger, Sport Trak or F-150 may come first...gotta lot to do for the 12 days I'm home including seeing what it may cost to paint an R3T...Phantom Haze Red with the black.

This color scheme looks almost like the paint job that came with my 1986 Yamaha Virago 1100.

The bike has 2 signs on it. One says sold and the one on the seat says "Do Not Sit On This Bike". Of course, I ignored that much the same way a Milton redneck ignores yellow lights.

If you keep spending all that money you may have to go back to the sand box for more.
 
Once I get back as long as I keep my debt under 25% (including the mortgage) I should be fine...my wife isn't letting me go back even though one more year would pay off the house (actually 9 to 10 months). I'm working on my 3rd extension after my initial first year...she made it pretty clear that the beginning of June was it.

That is alot of time bringing water to the desert. We were just talking about how it would be nice to have a job over there for a few months each year (winter months), but not all year round. I'll bet that's rough.
 
My 6 to 7 month deployments in the Navy prepared me (and my wife) for this type of separation. I can easily psych myself up for this but it is harder for my wife...that is why she is putting her foot down in June. If I didn't have the all of my brothers (2) and half of my sisters (2 and my mom) living within about 8 miles of her, it would be a lot harder. My other 2 sisters live with another 125 miles of home so she gets a lot of company which does make it easier for her...but I imagine it is wearing a little thin with me being gone as much as I have since August of 2008.
