I remember way back in 2013 when I purchased my Roadster site unseen over the phone. Put my $1500 down on it in November 2013. Drove the 400 miles to London to check it out mid February 2014. Sat and swooned over the bike while it was in storage for a few minutes and then had to leave it until I picked it up in April. One of the longest waits I've ever had to endure. Feel for you brother.
Once again, I hate the waiting game.... but it is worth it!
Picture of me at the dealers sitting on my new Roadster while it was in storage waiting for the thaw....
I had to let my new bike at the dealer for over a week due to bad weather and illness. I have only heard two legitimate negative comments bout the bike and both are somewhat related to not having an engine guard bar. One for the protection and the other for comfort and not having the possibility to move around on the bike using highway pegs. Oh the other complaining abut not being able to outrun the Diavel is not a reason to avoid purchasing this bike.
Look at it this way @stollydriver might make you feel better you won't be waiting as long as me. Probably next year before I purchase one if all goes well

I feel I'm losing touch , being left behind , gonna need therapy ! My CES and KnN intakes are just not cutting it anymore ! Can't explain the shame when you reply to a post , only to realise the poster is talking about their new R3 !
I hope you are correct but I like the look of my exhausts. I'd like to see a cat gut, an under the cover more free flowing intake media and a tune. If I got close i might be able to live with it. Come to think of it since I have my old monster I can live with the new one the way it is.
