It looks like you have a single headlight Rocket III Touring (R3T) with 16" wheels front and rear. This model came out in 2008 without ABS brakes and in 2013 the ABS version was released.

Besides the engine these are completely different motorcycles to more common Dual headlight Rocket III variants with 16" rear and 17" front wheels. Some of these Dual headlight models (R3Standard, R3Classic, R3Roadster) came out with footboard options too that do not fit the Rocket III Touring you have.

Some footboard parts are shared between other different Triumph models but may have different mounts or gear levers etc.

R3T Front rider Footboards themselves and the rubber mats (including a flashier Chromeline version) for them are shared with SOME but not ALL Triumph: Bobber; Thunderbird; America; and Speedmaster models.
Rear mats are shared too but not the rear foot passenger board mounts.

The first came out as an accessory fir the Standard from 2004/5 and then the Classic version which has flatter angled rider footboards.
