Extra Tweak needed?

Hey guys, I have a 2020 Rocket 3r,
So far I've loaded the Penner USA tune (no 02 sensor delete), put on a dominantor exhaust (no cat, but they claim I don't need to retune), and I have a high flow DNA air filter on the way.

Main question, will the Penner tune cut it as far as the air to fuel ratio? Will the O2 sensor compensate for any issues?

Sorta new to all this so if I do need to tweak the Penner tune I'd love to get some feedback on what values to change.

Occasional flames when decelerating but nothing crazy.

So far I've added +20 (0% throttle, 1200 to redline) to the F 1, 2 &3 tables and deleted the O2 sensor. Smaller flames and much more oomph from the throttle response.

Figured I'd try this thread, the tuning one seemed pretty dead.

I would advise a trip to a dyno.
The on board software can only compensate to a marginal level.
Alternatively, you could use a temperature probe, to assess how hot your engine is running at certain speeds/loads/gears etc... but a dyno is so much easier.....and way more accurate.
