Extra pieces on tank install.

I had to put a new tank on my 2021 Rocket GT. I have posted a couple times and got answers to those questions. Well I have the tank back on for the most part. There is a attachment at the front of the tank below the instrument cluster. It has a rubber grommet that attaches to the tank. Their is a bolt and a washer I will call it that has a section that goes into the rubber and then bolts to the frame. I realized that I have two other similar washer like pieces that are similar to the attachment that holds the front of tank. but not the same. It looks like they came from the same area but I can't figure out where they go. The picture of the bolt and washer with bevel are what I was using to attach to tank. The second picture has the two pieces I do not know where they go.

Those look similar to the shouldered washers from the catalytic converter's rubber bushes. Did you also remove the cat at some point?

Nope, just the gas tank. I actually had it all together and ready to put gas in the tank and saw these. I have no clue what they are.

Shot in the dark- did you remove your mirrors? Just going by memory (flawed) but could those go on the handlebars? There is a weighted piece that goes on after those on the very end, I think.....

Yes, Thank you. They are the spacers that go on before the final end cap.
