Alright my new pipes are arriving today and I'm working on taking my stock pipes off at the moment. Removed heat shield and all bolts on rear of pipes and trying to take right hand lower off (havent done any others). I've removed the bolt/clip connecting the exhaust to the cat and i cannot get the pipe off. I don't see anything else holding it on? I've hit it with a little pb blaster and still nothing. I just don't want to break anything on removal. Thanks

You have removed the bolts holding the muffler on near the footrests? If so it should just twist/pull off. The cable for the starter is just above the cat box so you might want to disconnect the battery before removing it.

Be sure to get the Cat off too. It is a power snare. You will need the cat eliminator pipe if installing just new slip-ons. What exhaust system did you buy ?
