A big thanks to Flip! And excellent service above and beyond. I order some clamp sets and the front brake line clamps for my Rocket 3 from Flip in June - he duly despatched them and I and the bike waited eagerly. But the parts did not arrive here in Wales, so contacted Flip. We think they have been lost somewhere in UK customs (probably never to emerge).
It was neither of our 'faults', but when I offered to go halves with Flip for another set to be sent he wouldn't take it. He insisted on sending a new set and even paid estra for them to be tracked door-to-door. And they safely arrived today...Great service Flip and thanks again!!
