YOU guys complain about the METZ rear tire Thats all we use at the track and we have over 100 pulls on the Dyno with a 500 HP turbo and never a tire problem so what are you boys doing to destroy these tires you must be pounding your shifters and do you all do it together at the same time ?
Bull - I DON'T THINK THOSE WALTHER RIFLE CO2'S ARE GONNA BE THREADED TO FIT THE AIR CHUCK YOU ORDERED!!!!
I should have been more thorough in showing my kit as the larger 45 gram co2's have a 5/8 threaded nipple which will only go with the "monster air chuck" that I bought as a kit: www.amazon.com/Genuine-Innovations-Street-Repair-Inflation/dp/B000WJAUEA/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1472568251&sr=8-2&keywords=genuine+innovations+45+GRAM+co2+KIT
I bought a kit like this, less the plug kit, just chuck & 2 co2's for $35.00 but I can't find one on the web right now - sorry I didn't post that
The kit you bought with the 20 & 16 gram has a smaller thread nipple & takes a standard size chuck head - hopefully you can return those & get the large kit - Or return the walthers & order 3 more 20 gram cartridges, it will prolly take that many to fill a 240/55R16
Sorry
Amigo,
Received my tire repair stuff today. The air rifle 88 gram CO2s are indeed threaded; however, they are a larger diameter thread than the bicycle CO2s. I found and ordered an adapter that should work well:

One more thing..... These CO2's when deployed get as cold as dry ice & actually get a film of ice on the outside as the air is going out of it.......... WRAP IT WITH A RAG OR PAPER TOWELL WHEN USING IT OR:
i really like this tire. But I've a question. Those of you that are running one, have you noticed that they have a magnetic belt inside?
I just plugged my 3rd fuggin hole out in the middle of bfe in less than 3000 miles - the one I had to do a while ago is the second one this week!!!!!!
Seems the magnetic strip is capable of picking up almost all screws on the road yes I've really been screwed lately
