HI ALL
2023 R3 NEW BEEN STALLING WHILE RUNNING EVEN ON THE FREEWAY AND DEALER CANT FIND ANYCODES. HAD HAPPENED THREE TIMES NOW. IT START RIGHT AWAY AS SOON AS PULLED TO THE SIDE. NOT COMFORTABLE RIDDING IT. DOES IT HAPPEN TO ANYBODY? PL HELP.

No codes tells me its more than likely a possible Fuel quality issue.

I've seen similar things happen when someone gets a batch of contaminated Fuel, (usually high water content etc).

Try draining the Fuel and use some high quality "Canned Fuel" Like VP Unleaded 94 Octane and see if it clears.

I forgot to ask. I assumed that the Dealer ran through the Troubleshooting Checks.

Did the Dealer load test the Battery?

Sometimes when the Bikes sit the battery voltage drops and the Computers/Fuel Injection Controllers do not like anything lower than 12.5-14V and start burping per se.

I just checked the Factory Spec.

If the Battery voltage falls to 12.7VDC then it needs to be charged.

So remember Battery at or below 12.7V = Bad JuJu

Battery connector are loose, it happens when you let go throttle all the way to zero and then it stalls, happened with me several times in a turn, dont worry, secure the battery terminals

Agree this is the most likely cause. Every time I've seen a friend's bike "stall" (lose power) on the highway with no codes, it's been a loose battery connection. If not that, then second most likely cause is bad gas as mentioned earlier.

Mine did it once when I first got it. The next day when I went to start it, it just clicked and wouldn't turn. Inspected the battery and the terminals were corroded and loose.
