Sonny, how are you getting 168 hp out of the X?
 
Very easy. A lot of folks on here talk but i walk. Paul's three into one exhaust. (Viking exhaust from new Zealand) Then ramair. Along with a set of cams from the man in a tin shed. A good tune followed. I also built up the suspension with progressive front and back.. 444's in the back along with the front. JW SPEAKERS added for headlights. Last dyno resulted in 168 horse. The new Rocket at the back wheel is producing 151 horse. The old rocket only produced about 118 horse. The thing is the old can be adjusted the new can not. A lot of folks knock the X. So be it any time i will get the commits the others will not. Most go for a higher build but i did not. I like my low end toque along with low compression. Remember i have over 66,000 miles on her. Plan on over 100,000
 
Excellent! You have gone quite a bit farther than me with your mods. I guess I'm not surprised now at your rwhp number which is almost 30 hp more than mine. BTW, I thought the X was real nice looking when Triumph announced it.
