Does Anyone from Triumph OEM Engineering Follow this Forum?

I've seen on other OEM Vehicle Related Websites where the OEM Engineers or R&D Techs read web forums such as this.

Its nice to be able post an "Ask the Triumph OEM Experts" technical questions and receive answers from Triumph.

I've also seen where some OEM Companies value such questions/answers as they derive "real-life" feedback and reviews from the End-Users of their designs, both good and bad.

As far as I know, nobody has ever heard of Triumph responding to any issues raised on this site, and I've been here 15 years

Yes, that right - they don't respond because they maintain they don't have ANY issues, everything they design and manufacture is perfect

^This serms to be the issue, you'd swear Triumph was a German company.
